- Query ID naming and encoding guidance refreshed — We updated the documentation to use **Query ID** instead of the older **Request ID** wording, and added clearer guidance for encoding and decoding `tipQuery` and `submitValue` data.
Documentation
- Replaced legacy **Request ID** references with **Query ID** throughout the repository documentation and ID reference files.
- Added an encoding and decoding guide for `tipQuery` and `submitValue` to help reporters format query data correctly.
- Removed an unfinished example guide for encoding and decoding TellorX oracle values.
