ChatGPTResponse query docs and guidance added

- New ChatGPTResponse query type documented — Tellor DataSpecs now includes a new ChatGPTResponse query type for storing ChatGPT answers on-chain so other smart contracts can use them.
Documentation
- Added a ChatGPTResponse query example and showed how to derive its query ID.
- Included a full response example with decoded output for easier reference.
- Clarified that on-chain responses should be kept to a single paragraph with no line breaks.
- Added guidance to manually copy suggested data into Etherscan, Telliot, or another reporting tool.
- Updated dispute guidance to note that valid responses should include the key terms from the question, and should be reviewed before being accepted in a smart contract.
